Rules of Play
1. Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 16 based in the UK or 18 years of age if you are giving personal details in order to enter online. Employees of iwingo Ltd and connected companies are not permitted to enter.
2. All competitions on iwingo can be entered via premium SMS for £1.50 or free to enter through e-mail. Participants are also expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site.
3. To be a winner, you must complete the skill game related to the prize type submit the relevant participation code and be selected at random by iwingo's independent selection process.
4. Prizes will be offered by iwingo only. Any special terms and conditions associated with the prize will be displayed below the competition entry page.
5. Winning outcomes for any skill game linked to a competition are at the sole discretion of iwingo, it is their decision is final.
6. Unless otherwise stated, iwingo reserves the right to substitute a cash prize for the chosen prize to an acceptable value alternative. This is at iwingo's discretion. This occasion may arise when an advertised prize in the site is no longer available. Otherwise prizes are as stated.
7. On registering as a member with iwingo and also when entering any competition online or via SMS, each entrant/visitor agrees to receive information via e-mail, and other channels that is appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered any sponsored question, the visitor's details will be passed onto a sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive communication from iwingo, its customers, sponsors and other organizations that can provide relevant offers. iwingo will also use your information to facilitate communication between yourself and others.
8. Winners will be selected at random by computer within 28 working days of the closing date of the competition except where stated any differently.
9. The number of entrants for each competition is displayed on the website however this is an approximation and the numbers are updated every hour. Whilst these numbers are a guide they are not definitive.
10. Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before winnings / prizes are dispatched. Winners will be included on the 'Winners page' following receipt of confirmation. Winners of prizes will be required to provide a short statement and may be required to supply a photograph for publication and / or take part in further promotional activities.
11. Winners of the competitions will be displayed on the web site as name, prize and area e.g. 'Frank, Shipley, Laptop'. Any images and or names supplied will be deemed to have had any copyright ownership transferred to iwingo and may be used for future promotions.
12. Users of iwingo may enter any individual prize draws on the site as many times as they desire via SMS and only once per competition online or via e-mail. This may be changed in the future.
13. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of being notified of winning by iwingo. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
14. Notification will occur via e-mail, mobile telephone call or SMS therefore these details supplied must be accurate. iwingo will only contact the winner once via each of these means.
15. Any changes to prize draw frequency or closing dates may occur without notice and are solely at iwingo's discretion.
16. All competitions may be subject to additional rules. These will be listed as special terms and conditions on the competition entry page.
17. Registration for iwingo is also subject to our privacy policy.
